This is exactly what I've been looking for, except I can't get it to work with the one shortcut that I really needed it for - Ctrl++ (increases the browser font size). It works fine for shortcuts like Ctrl+V. How can I get it to work with the zoom shortcut? Thanks!
chrome://extensions/shortcuts to re-assign key-shortcuts This absolutely *needs* to be in added to the the text of the _description_. While 'visible' in the web store screenshot, I had to scan reviews to get this piece of information because the extension _is not_ self documenting; It's completely useless except to those of us who will discover it on their own, or will search for that information. (BTW, dev; Web Store crushes screenshots to a default size of 512x320 or 640x400, but the default "Extensions" width is 680px if you want to re-render it in a more legible size.)
この拡張機能で、Ctrl-Jでダウンロード履歴一覧が意図せず開くことがなくなり、これまで通りIMEの切り替えができるように戻りました。ありがとうございます!
Does work
Great one
I can't speak for any other shortcuts but for the one I wanted to disable, Ctrl+Shift+C that opens the console, this works perfectly. *** DON'T FORGET*** - The "Options" menu is greyed out by the very nature of how this extension works. IT'S NOT A BUG! To configure which shortcuts you want to disable: 1) Copy and paste chrome://extensions/shortcuts into the address bar and hit enter 2) Scroll down to the "Disable keyboard shortcuts" extension and click the Edit icon (pencil) 3) Type the shortcut key combination you want to disable
Unfortunately, I couldn't disable a shortcut that uses CTRL + ALT... The shortcut CTRL + ALT + C; used for copying formatting in google docs, constantly gives this symbol "₢" that is awful
thanks a lot works perfect. Now my friends can do ctrl+shift+q+q(signs u out)
How to deploy it by group policy. It seems the keys cannot disable even the extension has been deployed by policy
F1 still opens the google help tab. Useless extension.
