Sound notifications on Zendesk tickets from views of your choice
This extension will notify you of new tickets you receive on the view of your choice, in real-time, with a sound alert. Clicking on the ticket in the extension opens the Zendesk ticket in the already open Zendesk tab or a new chrome tab. You can get alerts on new tickets and when a ticket has a new comment.

Hi ! It is a great extension. But I have one issue with the number of requests / minutes. Sometimes, the tool cannot login because the numbers of requests per minutes is too high. Could you help me ? Best regards,

The extensión only works with the 1st View that you have on Zendesk, the hability to select a different View stopped working a few months ago and there's no update yet! It would be awesome to have it working again as it really helps to choose what View you want to monitor. Thank you!! PS: It goes to 3 stars since It's not usefull to me anymore :(
Doesn't seem to notify you though with a popup. Am I missing something?
It shows the number of open tickets on the icon, but never shows anything in the pop-up window other than the login. Doesn't seem to work.
It's really helpful, however i wish if i can choose more than one view for the notification to work!
Really nice plugin. But I wish we could change the sound, would like something louder :)
Oh man! We've been using zendesk extensively, and trying to keep our response time amazing -- we needed a way to be able to do other things, but still be notified when a ticket would come in. Say Hello to Notify-me! LIFE SAVER! I never miss a ticket anymore :)
