Paperpile is awesome. It makes grabbing papers from the web easy, and best of all I can write in G Docs with full referencing integration. Sharing is solid as well.

I've written and submitted three docs using Paperpile. Two of them were heavily collaborative and it worked like a charm. I'm gradually converting my lab members to use Paperpile as well (rather then Endnote etc.)

Needs to get rid of automatically adding hyperlinks to citations; they're a pain to remove. Otherwise pretty great.
