Hasta el momento me ha ido bien...
Used to work well. Now unable to sign in. removed and reloaded on Chrome. Now extension doesnt even launch. Really disappointed. Severely impacts my research

Used to work well until recently. Web importer is taking forever now to log in, making citing resource much more of a hassle. Really hope they fix this.
Used to be good. Now in Chrome, once downloaded the web importer disappears from the toolbar and users must use the shortcut cntrl-shift-L to activate it. Please fix this.
