It works 20% of the time, the rest is just some random errors that frustrate you.

This app used to be great, now it has turned to s***
It is getting worse every day. the web importer button is not responsive most of the times.
Absolute trash. This will quit on you as you're using it and will leave you with an incomplete paper. I have had to redo my reference at least three times at this point. I will never be using this reference manager again.
it never works
Privacy concern - parent company Elsevier is recording god knows what to smetrics.elsevier.com. They should have something to turn this off. Injects code into every website you visit, even if not related to research. Does not sign in sometimes, need to reinstall extension. I hope something better comes to replace it.
