Doesn't work when you need it
They were wonderful but have stopped working recently.

Terrible plug-in. Unless I open it right after opening the page, it would not launch unless I refresh the webpage. Once it launches, the pop-up window would freeze on my browser and I have to refresh to ger rid of it. The Word plug-in does not work well either. I guess the only pro side is it's a free software.
I am giving five stars to the Mendeley Web Importer because of those more than ten years that I used it. BUT NOW IT STOPPED WORKING! - tested with Edge, Chrome and Firefox. I removed the browser extension and added it once more - no success. When I try to use it, the tiny pop-up window appears and immediately disappears. The same situation continues with all three mentioned browsers. I could not install the extension to Opera. @Mendeley_developers - FYI - please do something ASAP, otherwise, the average score will smash your effort, as it is already happening now.

The Mendeley extesion is useless. The windows have remaining closed.
I was worried why my web importer is not working!!!! ......Vow!!! so it has stopped globally- not my system fault- just learnt it from the other reviews. I think it is "under construction" for some richer larger tool, why should stop working otherwise?
This tool worked for a long time, but lately has stopped working. I now have to manually add papers, which is fine but annoying.
