When you install Scholar Reader, PDFs on all sites will have a new look in Chrome. To make this happen, Chrome will ask for permissions to read and change data on all sites. Scholar Reader makes no changes other than the presentation of PDFs.
• Preview references as you read. Click the in-text citation to see a summary and find the PDF.
• Read faster with the AI outline. Get a quick overview and click on interesting bullets to jump within the paper.
• Highlight and comment on PDFs. Highlights are saved to your Scholar library.
• Make it right for your eyes with light, dark, and night modes.
• Copy and paste common citation formats without leaving the paper.

Great extension. The only thing I hate is when your marked or commented a file, after downloading and sending it to someone else, the annotations are not visible because they are saved to my library. I wish there would at least be the option to download the markdowns and annotations, so others could see them too. Would make life easier because rn I have to do the annotations in a different tool and thats just annoying tbh. Would love to see an Update soon on this, it's the only thing I'm missing.
Sangat membantu
This extention no longer works on my linux box. It now prevents pdf from loading on my machine - both local and remote. Is it another example of a brilliant idea from google without commitment to follow though for a real prodcut. Will it just disappear like google primer which also had a high rating? Why not add it to the google bug tracker so you can find out out bugs ?
Instantly previews PDFs without leaving Scholar, very convenient
Desde el 21 de abril ya no funciona, y justamente la última actualización fue el 21 de abril. Los archivos no cargan y no abren, incluso si espero mucho tiempo. Me gusta mucho esta extensión, ojalá y lo corrijan. Actualización 4 de junio: ¡Ya funciona! Muchas gracias.
Not doing good still. It keeps hanging up even on simple highlights. Don't know how to export modified file.
Does not open pdfs, just takes me to the download page, would be great if it actually worked
원래 잘되다가 최근에 IEEE PDF열면 PDF 문서를 로드할 수 없음 이라고 뜨네요 ㅠㅠ (해결됬습니다)
