Alt+Shift+P doesn't work on Chrome OS, brings up a stylus tools thing. Any way to change that?

Should mention this works for Mac if you just replace the "Alt" key with "Option". I use this all the time. Saves me time. Love it.

Alt+Shift+R : Close right tab is not working on Chrome 54.0.2840.99. Please let me know what I can do for it.

A great little addition to Chrome's existing shortcuts. Alt + Shift + R isn't working for me either, though. Chrome 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit), Windows 10.
