Dark Mode is an extension that helps you quickly turn the screen (browser) to dark at night time.
Toolbar button serves as an ON|OFF switch which enables you to easily and quickly turn the extension ON or OFF. If you do not like the current dark theme, please visit the options page and choose a different theme from over 50 available options.
There is also a white-list feature which enables you to exclude a desired domain from dark mode. Simply add a domain(s) to the designated area (comma separated) in the options page and the websites will be excluded from night mode. Alternatively, you can use the context-menu item in mouse right-click to exclude desired websites.

Pretty good, I love how I don't have to worry about what site I'm browsing, it makes sure my eyes don't get blasted with light. Not perfect, but does the job
I tried many dark mode addons, and this one works best. However it does not work with this page youare looking at right now, the Chrome Web Store. But no addon works with the Chrome web store. Some addons work w/ google calendar, but they become almost unreadable - the schedule colors all become black-ish, thus not identifiable. But this addon works fine w/ google calendar. I settle for this addon. This addon is the best among those I tried. Use this with "color temperture" addon. Then you will have easy-on-eyes white screen on the sites that dark mode does not apply. https://mybrowseraddon.com/screen-color-temperature.html
3.5 stars, for social media ig, the story area profile picture changes. It looks slightly cool but not professional.
As much as I like the transparent dark style, this app can crash chrome when switching tabs so 1 star

Doesn't seem to work a large portion of the time. It's a nice colour scheme when it does, but borderline useless based on its inconsistency.
