I prefer to use my taskbar as a toggle switch between often many open windows and programs. I can now click and not wonder where the thing I just clicked went. I can click and not end up closing the window behind the thing I had to go looking for that I didn't know where it went. This coupled with hiding tabs allows for a nice, big, clean browser with no surprises. Seems such a simple thing but it makes a huge difference. Thank you so much for this!
Found a bug: New tabs are opening in a new window even though that setting is toggled off. It seems to fix itself only after I close the glitched window and try again. It’s a hassle to do this every time. Can this be looked at?
Default for Classic Outlook is to open any links in a new tab if there is already a Chrome window open. Not what I want. Since my habit is to close the Chrome window when I'm done reading a page and this closes the other tabs that were already open. This extension (so far) seems to solve the problem. All my links from emails now open in a new Chrome window.
동작 잘된다.. 엣지와 크롬 모두 사용중.. 탭 기능이 불편한 사람은 무조건 설치해라...
Such a relief to find this. Its terrible how Chrome opens every click in a new tab and doesn't provide an option to change the behavior. On a Mac, it seems random which Chrome window it attaches the new tab to. This will save me so much time I spend looking for previously opened windows. I cant believe this is not a built-in option. Thanks for providing this plugin!!
It works great as of 03-06-2025 , I absolutely hate tabs, i lost so much work because of them. This is a life saver
The only extension i need in my browser!
