Still using 12 years later and loving it! Never have an issue, I LOVE that it opens in a window not a tab. If I want a tab collection I drag it myself. This makes it easy to manage and maintain where my pages are.

Works great on Windows 8 and Chrome OS. Note that without this extension you can Shift-Mouse Click any URL in any browser to get a new Window instead of a Tab.

Thank you for the control to use my Browser the way I want to. I use the Keyboard all the time, ALT-TAB is a favorite, but it does not cycle the tabs in a browser so I like windows not tabs. Thank you

I can't stand Chrome without this extension. Our OSs come with window managers and we can get better ones, why would we want to give them up and use the limited functionality of tabs per app instead?

Amazing!! "On Microsoft Windows, even if the parent window is maximized, new window will not be maximized." WHAT? I'm using Google Chrome with Windows 7 and ALL new Chrome windows ALWAYS open maximized which is REALLY NICE! (NTNW Options - Same to the parent window position) Anyhow.. This extension is really AMAZING since there is NO option in Google Chrome to disable tabs (How lame..). Tabs SUCK since you cannot SEE previews of each tab at a glance. Whereas you can SEE previews of all open Chrome windows AT A GLANCE by hovering the Windows 7 taskbar or by installing ObjectDock or Nexus Ultimate (which i currenlty use btw) LOVE IT!! ff

Thank you a million times for this. I don't need tabs and think it arrogant of Chrome to impose them. However, on my system, if I open several new windows, each one is offset from the last in a diagonal directon rather than each filling the screen. Would prefer full screen opening every time. I wish I knew how to use the post from A Google UserMar 22, 2011
