Please note to use this extension features, you HAVE to click on the extension icon to activate the "auto text expander" feature on the website you are on. This is to prevent our script from running automatically on all websites you visit.
This protects your privacy and ensures your browsing history/keyboard typing history etc is NOT sent to external third party websites. Other competitor text expander software scripts "run on all websites" and you have to trust them to ensure they are not sending this information back to their servers etc. For our extension, it is impossible for us to track your keystrokes because the software only works when you click on the extension icon.

Worst update. This is no longer usable.
Love it, but it recently stopped working and hasn't resolved itself. My normal fixes of turning it off and then closing / reopening my browser and then turning it back on again has not worked this time.

POR FAVOR. ARREGLEN ESO!!!. NO SE PUEDE USAR EN ALGUNAS PLATAFORMAS QUE ANTES DE ESA ACTUALIZACIÓN SÍ SE PODÍA y justo ayer 11/06 se actualizó. Ya no puedo usarlo despues de la actualizacion 4.0.0. A causa de esto ando usando otra extensión. Solucionen esto por favor para usar la extensión nuevamente yo y mi equipo extenso de trabajo.

After updating to version 4.0.0, text expansion no longer works in HTML/contenteditable editors. Shortcuts still expand correctly in regular text inputs and search fields, but not in rich text editors. The issue can be reproduced on the extension's own test page: expansion works in "Simple Text Area" but fails in "Editable HTML Content". This functionality worked correctly before the update. Please investigate and restore support for contenteditable fields. После обновления до версии 4.0.0 расширение перестало работать в HTML-редакторах (contenteditable). Сокращения корректно разворачиваются в обычных текстовых полях и строках поиска, но не работают в редакторах с форматированием текста. Проблема воспроизводится даже на встроенной странице тестирования расширения: в поле "Тест простой текстовой области" замена работает, а в поле "Тест редактируемого HTML-контента" — нет. До обновления данная функция работала корректно. Просьба проверить и восстановить поддержку HTML-редакторов.
