Since I use a Chromebook exclusively (and never going back!), I needed to find a screen-sharing application that worked without requiring downloads. I firmly believe that requiring your audience member(s) to download is also a big ask in today's environment where privacy and hacking are a constant concern. So, beyond that need, Crankwheel is surprisingly feature-packed and very simple to use. It's never let me down. The ONLY limitation that would mean a lot to me is being able to give keyboard and/or mouse control to others. I am told that the Chromebook architecture makes that impossible. For now...(?) Keep up the great work, Crankwheel!

There are a million-and-one "screen-share" or "meeting tools" on the market, but few stand out amongst the crowd. I was introduced to CrankWheel through a sales meeting, where a multinational was attempting to sell me their services... I couldn't help but do a little research after their presentation to see what software they were using. The simplicity in the product is astounding; there are no unnecessary "bells and whistles". It does what it does, and it does it well. Being able to direct potential and existing clients to a specific URL isn't unique - but the fact that they can only 'access' the presentation by providing me with (what is essentially) a PIN is basic but clever; no more lost passwords, or sending emails back and forth before the meeting - just a straight-forward "click my picture and tell me the number". Job done. I also love how I can share just a *single* tab, without having to open other windows or install chunky programs onto my operating system. It all lives within the Chrome browser, where it belongs. I can be reviewing another tab - and the other person doesn't know until I show them. Amazing! No more "accidents" showing something you rather they didn't see (like profit margins, bank accounts or social media pages of other clients or rivals!) Simple is, sometimes, the best. I recommend CrankWheel to anyone searching for or needing a quick-and-easy-to-use meeting/screen sharing tool. Try it, and you won't be disappointed.

As a sell person, I use cranckwheel to bring my customers to my screen so they can hear and see what I am talking about even if we are not in the same city! I can share my screen to a laptop, a tablette or even a phone. I can send them to a direct link by e-mail, tell them to go to a landing page or even text them so they can access my screen. I can record the whole presentation and watch it back when I want. Cranckwheel increased definitly my sells. I HIGHLY recommand cranckwheel to anyone who is using a computer for business.
