I had been using another screen sharing(that shall remain nameless !) CrankWheel is SO easy and I love I can see the clients screen so I know what they are seeing. And even better, no downloads for them to deal with AND it can be used on their cell! It has taken the stress out of screen sharing for me and my colleagues that use it! I have used Crank Wheel 100's of times since starting and the amount of time that I save with clients is unbelievable.I am able to control the flow of the meeting,able to pin point solutions for my client all while at my desk at a time they choose without the problems of travelling to a meeting only to get cancelled,I am able to quickly change multiple screens to bring up the very reason why I am calling but able to track them while using their computer,it is a must for companies who want to cut down travel time between appointments but just as important able to show them right away the reason why they are calling.

Crankwheel is the best solution I've come acress yet for instant screen sharing. It's super easy to use, it ALWAYS works under every condition (!), and there's always a quick and helpful response when support is needed. Minor cons: When I present s.th. the lower part of my screen often can't be seen by the audience (I'm forced to reset my screen resolution to change this), and the lower frame rate causes a slight delay in transfering the live screen. However, in my case the pros outweight the cons by far!

I hated this app because I cannot look at what my teacher is doing on there computers. sometimes im just not sure what they are doing because i have one teacher that does none thing but watch soccer on his computer and i would like to get control of his computer and type thing on there that would get him fired since he failed me in geometry my softmore year. shhhhh its okay it does not need to be spelled correctly and watch me. But i love the App though

This to me, is such a great tool to use in just seconds when you want to share something, in particular very quickly. The receiver has never had an issues and it's so great no download is necessary on their behalf. I really like the advantage point I have of seeing where the viewer is concentrating because not only am I sharing the info from my screen but I can see what area of the screen they are focused on..and that they are focused and engaged. Apparently I need to dedicate some time to understand how to operate as to when I share off of an extended screen. I hate that it flips to screen 1 when I want it projecting screen 2..must be something I am missing to have it continue to flip to screen 1 until they are connected. It's not that big of a deal I just need to dedicate time to solve that issue. I recommend you try it..I think you'll really like it.

As a demonstrating and explaining tool it is great. Been in sales business for two months and it is already my tool to go in order to get the sale. Improvements i want to see: More keyboard interaction (click specific keys to lock tabs or switch to program window to save time. Also, it would be good to know how a customer receives the link on their phone and what it says (so you can say over the phone exactly what the text message will entail, and thus creates confidence and trust between your prospect and yourself).

Best solution on the market to instantly share your screen without having the person on the other end requiring to install any software. This is perfect when you call a client over the phone, and then want to share something with them. We have been using this for more than a year, and never had any issues with it. Highly recommend it for anyone in sales, marketing or customer support that needs to talk to clients on a regular basis.

I have been using Crankwheel for a while now and I am loving it. My production has noticeably increased. I have used many other similar products, but nothing is more simple to use. What is more important is how simple it is for my customers while I am doing a sales presentation. I haven't had any issues with the software or customer service.
