CrankWheel is a great and ingenious tool to show our customers and potential customers how our tasks, solutions and service work. It works perfectly and trouble free and the customer can not click because he can only observe and follow the explanations. This means that he is more interested in the matter and not distracted. It has been a great asset and success for us since we started using CrankWheel, which excites not only us but our customers as well.
Crankwheel is userfriendly and helps us to quickly respond to customers.
Crankwheel became indispensable the moment I first used it. I can share with others and they don't have to do anything other than enter a URL. Absolutely fantastic and amazing that they don't charge for the level of use I need.
I use Crankwheel for screenshare in my job. Connection is easily established and quickly, a flexible tool. Two additional options would be good: Calendaring and a "Pause" button. But maybe those are available in the paid versions.
I LOVE Crankwheel! I use it to screenshare for online meetings twice a week. It is super easy to use, and helps me tremendously when I'm trying to explain or show documents, websites, or anything I can think of in a browser window. When I got a new laptop, I had some trouble getting the dashboard to pop up. I reached out to support and they responded immediately and we figured it out before my next meeting. I think it's great when you have both a great product and great support!
I have been using Crankwheel for a while now. I find it easy to use on every platform. It opens easily and my customers have no trouble following the links back to me. Love that I can see what part of the screen my viewer is looking at. I have recommended it many times already. At least every time I use it. Thanks Crankwheel You have a great product!
I have been using Crankwheel for last 6 month and I am loving it. Its simple fast and user friendly. Customers are really impressed with it. Superb tool, definitely recommend it.
I am in sales for a long time but never found anything this convenient to get my message across. I have tried other screen-sharing tools but this is the best. It's quick and fast and easy to use. My clients love this and so do I.. definitely recommend it .. Cheers. Rajiv P.
