Update changed my key board shortcuts in Chrome. Took me half an hr to correct it. Update Review: !! DO NOT USE THE DUPLICATE TOOL OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR BOOKMARKS FOR SURE!! Doesn't work at all. It randomly selects URLS and and marks all URLS with the same domain name as a duplicate.
The backend changes are nice to update the code to keep up to date with googles changes and how it handles managing the the tabs. Though the new UI in the update is just unitunative and not as straightforward. The search is a nice update. The icon also didn't need to be changed, as now it looks worse and muscle memory is gone. All this needed to be was a backend update and a very minimal UI/UX update.
ruined by the new update
Was 5 stars, now 0 stars. TERRIBLE update. Sessions are now swapped to the right side of the screen, made smaller, and HIDDEN by default. Baffling. In addition, there is some kind of new snapshotting "feature" which is constantly creating new snapshots of any little change (determined by snapshot frequency). Previously the extension would just maintain the latest copy of what you have opened. Now there are useless duplicates flooding the session history. Editing to make people aware that many of the (terrible) changes are allegedly being fixed in an upcoming update. You can see them here: https://sessionbuddy.com/v4-faq/ Still, it's mind blowing how many feature regressions and downgrades this v4 update has.
The upgrade is not really an upgrade honestly. Is as if you guys downgraded it, is not as efficient as it was. Overwrite with current session is gone. Please go back to how it was.
I absolutely hate this new version, it is terrible and is so counter-productive to the seamless method of working I was previously used to managing over 400 tabs at a time, now i have to do extra clicks to do things i used to just hover over and click, for instance to close, i have to right click, and then everytime i want to view a tab from the list, i have to hover all the way to the right, whereas i used to just click the title, searching is also a mess, this was bad...
when i used to search for some tab it used to bring up a list of them and clicking it would take me to that tab.. now it is not doing it.. please go back to old version
güncelleme sonrası çok kötü ,ya açılmıyor , ya geç açılıyor
Most of the initial v4 atrocious oversights and missing features are mostly back after some updates. There are still some changes that I don't really like with the new v4. For example you can't easily one-click to open a saved tab like before, clicking the URL next to the tab name works but the URL is hidden until you scroll over and different tab name lengths makes it hard to do so quickly. Would be nice to have some toggle to just one-click the tab name to open the tab instead.
Newest update is a huge mess! It ruins every useful function.
