Horrible update with useless AI, useless customisations that take most of working space, useless popups that are annoying. There is no possibility to rollback to old version, even thought it was in footer at the beginning but now it disappeared. Thankfully vanilla wikipedia has dark theme now, and I don't need anything else.
Terrible update, with AI tools no one asked for and a worse layout/interface. I find it easier visiting vanilla Wikipedia now.
Wikiwand was nice so far but the last update ruined everything ! You have to unlearn what you used to know about browsing Wikipedia or Wikiwand, they changed EVERYTHING. I was a long time user of Wikiwand but the last version in worse than Wikipedia so I'm gonna uninstall the plug-in.

what happened?! this new update made it so worse. Please it if its not broken don't fix it. Now the original wiki page is much better than this new update!
I would say Wikiwand was excellent UNTIL the new update rolled out. The new UI is terrible, worse than the original Wikipedia UI, which is ridiculous as one of the selling points of the extension is to give Wikipedia a 'modernized look' and improve readability. The new update seems to fail all of that.
Omni doesn't even have something basic like the buttons above election wikiboxes that let you click to the previous or next election year. Also, everyone and their mother trying to do ai when their product doesn't remotely need it. Wikiwand was great as a nice, clean, simple overlay and needs to go back to its roots. The old design was great. Now, its trying to do way too god damn much.
I was fine with the new layout, but seeing the use of AI tools just killed it for me.
The new omni Wikiwand is horrible. Reverting back to v2 doesn't work since it always switches back to omni once you click on a link. In its current state it's unusable. Who thought this would be good idea?
I back and download again, there is still some issue, e.g. when i opened certain wikipedia page, firstly, the original wikipedia page was loaded and after maybe ~5s(anyway, this redirection is visually sensible, and formerly, you would go to the wikiwand page directly when clicking any wikipedia page) i was redirected to the corresponding wikiwand page. dont know whether this issue is pervasive or not, please check thanks
