The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them. Imagine how irritating that becomes when you surf anonymously or if you delete cookies automatically every time you close the browser.
In most cases, it just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you (sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do). It doesn't delete cookies.

Doesn't work anymore
L'idée est pas mal sur le papier, mais lorsque je navigue sur certains sites, ma scrollbar est désactivée, donc je ne peux plus me balader correctement sur les sites, j'ai dû la désactiver, dommage.
Very nice. But there are some websites and because of the extension they don't work at all. Is there a way to login so that we can sync our whitelist, it would have been so much better.
Leider inzwischen nahezu unbenutzbar. Macht Webseiten unbenutzbar und führt auf vielen Webseiten zu Fehlern. Teilweise lädt die Seite nicht weiter bzw. man kann nicht Scrollen, Buttons lassen sich nicht drücken oder andere Mechanismen werfen Fehlermeldungen. Nach deaktivierung der Erweiterung funktioniert die Website ohne Probleme.
Macht Webseiten bei mir unbenutzbar.
Unable to report sites due to db connection error on https://www.i-dont-care-about-cookies.eu/report/3.5.1/. If the devs can't do a basic form correctly I can't trust them with building a functional extension.
Nice, works most of the time, but websites also try to evade work of I don't care about cookies, looks like nonsense infinite war for me sometimes
