Very good, but I think yesterday facebook broke it. No longer hides news feed for me. Had to add this line to the js: $("div#stream_pagelet").replaceWith(quoteDiv);
This extension is fantastic! I'm a busy guy and often times facebook has the ability to distract me... News feed eradicator has definitely reduced my usage of FB. My productivity has gone up tenfold! No more getting distracted by lame status updates and witty memes- TY to the dude that made this!
Works so far so good. Had to close and reopen the page to make it load right.

I hate this
The idea is great! Now I don't need to delete facebook anymore. You stay in touch with your friends without the need to put up with tons of junk in your news feed.
I'm using it since about 2 month, so simple, but so wonderful at the same time. This is THE BEST SOLUTION i've tried to minimize time on Facebook. Thanks you for this plugin, you rock!!
This kept me from deleting Facebook all together, absolutely perfect. (Perhaps enable us to put in a RSS feed of custom quotes?) Love it.
