To provide website visitors the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics, we have developed the Google Analytics opt out Browser extension for the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js).
If you want to opt out, download and install the extension for your web browser. In order to function, the opt out extension must be able to load and execute properly on your browser. Updates to your browser or operating system may affect the functionality of the opt out extension. More information about managing your extensions for Chrome can be found at https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/187443?hl=en_GB.

It just stopped working the in the last 4 days. Worked perfectly prior. Google Chrome recently updated so I'm assuming that's the cause...

I've installed it and it seems to work immediately for me. Four stars for uncertainty about the future but seems all good now and easier than creating a filter in Google Analytics I'd have to change all the time. I don't mind other sites knowing my behavior; my sole use at this time is to prevent tracking myself.

Ben kendi geliştirdiğim sitelerde analytics istatistiklerini etkileyecek bir iz bırakmamak için kullanıyorum. Not: Evet, bunu yapmanın başka yolları da var ama bu da gayet başarılı gibi geldi bana :) Teşekkürler Google :)
