this update ruined zoominfo. the extension literally doesnt work
Can I use it with Microsoft edge?
Loading takes forever. If you ever try to pull in contacts from LinkedIn SalesNav into Salesforce, it lags and stops working or it only brings in half of the contacts. Overall trash extention.
After first leaving a negative review due to continuous loading and login issues, their PM contacted me asked for feedback and tried to understand my issues. In the meantime the loading time and login simplicity improved significantly. The data keeps being the best compared with other tools. 5 stars for a good tool and a great customer service.
Loads and loads and loads. Only works 15% of the time even with all the trouble shooting.
Unfortunately this extension disables Ctrl + Down Arrow, which is a hotkey combo many people use to "go to last row with data in it" in Excel or Google Sheets. Same goes with Up Arrow.
I've been using various ZI extension versions up to 11.9.5 on Vivaldi 6.9, MacOS 15 without a problem. After a system reinstall ZI stopped working. I can log into my ZI account but the extension doesn't run. I can tweak Vivaldi to mimic Chrome or Edge browsers but that doesn't help. Any ideas? 2/10/2024 Fixed by creating new profile in Vivaldi.
Extension was working fine then suddenly can't use it on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Did all troubleshooting steps and nothing works. Please fix this!
Added the new update and the plug in no longer works with Salesforce Sales Navigator. That takes away a lot of the functionality that it used to have.
