This extension would be so helpful if it wasn't extremely slow. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It often provides different results then when searching on the ZoomInfo website, and now it has been not loading at all!

It was working great, really liked it. Then it told me to update. I did and now it doesn't load up at all! Very disappointing. I contacted support via email and they sent me a how to fix it. You have to do all the steps, but it got it working again. Here are the steps for troubleshooting errors with the Extension below, • Uninstall and reinstall the extension via this Chrome Store link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zoominfo-reachout-b2b-con/fofjcndophjadilglgimelemjkjblgpf?hl=en-US • Ensure that you are using the most up to date version of the Google Chrome browser by selecting the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of your Browser, and bottom of the dropdown menu select "Settings". • From the Settings page, please select "About Chrome", you will see at the top of the page if Google Chrome is up to date or updating. • ***Allow all cookies within your settings (third party cookies, as well). Please allow by navigating to 3 dots at the top of Chrome > Settings > Privacy & Security > Third-party cookies > Allow Third-party cookies. • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for all time. To Clear Cache and Cookies, you should: o On your computer, open Chrome o At the top right, click the three vertical dots. o Click “Settings”, "Privacy & Security" and then “Clear Browsing Data” o At the top of the pop up box, click on "Advanced" o Time Range - Select “All Time” o Select the first four Checkboxes  “Browsing History”  “Download History”  “Cookies and other site data”  "Cached images and files”  Click “Clear data” • Select ctrl+shft+r or cmd+shft+r to do a hard refresh of the page Finally, please log into the ZoomInfo platform first by going to login.zoominfo.com Once you are logged into the platform, then please log into the extension. It should automatically populate.

I love ZoomInfo and the extension is great WHEN it wants to work. The problem is that it so often will just go in circles and not accurately work. I'm hopeful when the updates come however, it seems that every update just makes it worse. It will load, just to give a blank screen.

I had an issue using the extension because they made updates that made it required to enable 3rd party cookies. I am a Brave user and the brove browser blocks 3rd party cookies by default. Ryan Tinkler contacted me and set up a zoom call to troubleshoot, he saw I had brave and had me allow third party cookies and the extension immediately worked. Great customer support. Also, they will be moving away from third party cookie requirements again heading into 2025.
