Thank you for this! Easy to use. Would be great to be able adjust any video/audio from any website in chrome.
I wanted to give it 3 stars, because it is not really a compressor. But I gave it a 4th star because the problem might be outside the devs control. It boosts low audio which is like 5% of youtube. What I really wanted was to truly compress to bring all volume to the same level or darn close. But if I have a video at full volume, doing an A/B test I can barely hear a difference. But if I put the slider down low it can make an inaudible video louder. So, for this to "compress" I have to turn on the compressor and turn the volume down further than usual to end up with a tolerable volume. It's not compressing well though if it works with the volume instead of scaling with it.
pls update icon style to the new YT UI
This is now essential to my YouTube viewing experience now! It's especially useful on streams where there's unbalanced Discord audio. It brings everyone up to a more equal volume helping me understand what they're saying. Thanks so much for this!
Doesn't do anything. Maybe that's why it also doesn't need any settings.
Works exactly like the compressor I was using on twitch. I use an audio interface which isn't compatible with windows' device properties volume limiter so this is so helpful ^^
