Easy to use and works most of the time well. With some advanced ideas I have to cut down the creativity but love the simplicity of the product. Has taken very little of our developers time- it is valuable!
Appcues makes it easy to implement user onboarding features into your webapp. Using their extension, you can easily drop in tooltips, feature tours, announcements, etc. with easy, no-code widgets, with very little learning curve, and best of all: you can do all of this on-the-fly! Made a typo in a help tooltip? Open the appcue, edit it, and publish it. You're done! No need to make changes on Dev, test changes, make a build, deploy to QA, validate changes and push to production.
The extension works like magic. It's a very clever way to create flows while navegating your web app.
We have used Appcues in a couple of different ways. We have used it to simply support the launch of a new solution or an enhancement, to provide targeted support during beta testing, and to provide reminders and updates to users. We have barely scratched the surface, and eve have plans to create a "choose your own adventure" set of flows, that allows users to select the amount of detail in a walk through based on their comfort level with our applications. Their support and customer success teams are amazing to work with. Made implementation a snap.
It has been great experience using Appcues Builder! Very user friendly software and our customers feed back from our published flows has been extremely positive! They make helping our customers so much easier.
Super easy to use!
Works great ;) I sincerely recommend!
Appcues is one of the most useful services a product manager can have. Conversations about user experience happen faster than development, and Appcues allows holes in user experience to be patched in real time.
Appcues has been a tremendously helpful tool in improving the way we onboard users to our system. And the builder makes it really easy to create, test and experiment with different flows.
I love using AppCues for my member onboarding! I tried countless solutions, and this one is so easy to set up! Even better, it gave me all of the options that I needed to create a seamless onboarding experience!
