I'm an avid AppCues users, and I find that their Chrome integration loads quickly, is inherently useful, blends well with their user experience, and doesn't cause any issues with the other operations within the browser. If you're an AppCues user, their Chrome Extension is highly recommended.
Very intuitive builder tool! The only extension I've come across that allows me to easily create walkthroughs & notifications inside Chrome and quickly view them as if I were an end-user! Ability to do custom HTML targeting and custom CSS formatting formatting was really excellent as well for me as someone with a little more HTML/CSS familiarity, since I've occasionally come up against tricky HTML objects and CSS formatting when working with web pages.
Incredibly easy to use and implement. I wish we could trigger flows based on jquery events (rather than custom events) but overall an awesome service. Particularly love the checklists!
Love it! It literally takes a few clicks to create great user experiences with this extension. The best part is that it's very intuitive and you don't have to write any code to build native-looking modals, tooltips, hotspots etc.
I started using the Chrome extension over a year ago. So many improvements have been made since then, and it continues to get better every month! The flow debugging feature is especially helpful in getting my flows to target and display properly. It really removes a lot of the guesswork from troubleshooting. I highly recommend it!
Editor makes it so easy for even a non-developer to communicate/train with clients! This is a must have for any SaaS business. Appcues is always releasing updates to their product and new features. You can even volunteer for user testing to experiment with what they have in development. I did that once and really makes it clear how everything they release is so user friendly and well integrated.
Works great! I can create Appcues flows even easier now. The new editor is FANTASTIC
This is so easy to use, and so beautiful! This has been life-changing for me and my company. I cant wait for what the future holds for this product!
The new editor is UNBELIEVABLE! I can create flows in a fraction of the time I was able to before and the new highlight pattern is exactly what we were looking for.
UPDATE: It seems you need to disable it once and enable it again to turn it back on. Nevertheless, their own product onboarding experience is very confusing. The builder won't launch on my Chrome. The company claims they help others build user onboarding process and yet their own product has truly lousy onboarding process.
