Tabmanager.io is an all-in-one session, window and tab manager extension for Chrome that helps you manage your open tabs, tab-groups and windows in one convenient place.
★ Windows & Tabs
Our manager empowers you to swiftly navigate through open windows and tabs using either your mouse or keyboard. You can effortlessly switch between tabs and windows, search and filter tabs by title or URL keywords, and efficiently manage various aspects of your tabs such as pinning, sorting, grouping tabs by domain, suspending, identifying tabs with sound, and removing duplicates. Additionally, you have the option to export your tabs and windows as files for backup, save tabs for future use, and synchronize them across multiple devices.
Our manager presents a multiple column layout that enables you to gain a comprehensive overview of all your open windows and tabs while providing the flexibility to organize your windows by renaming them. Through simple drag and drop functionality, you can easily move tabs between windows, open them in new windows, or merge entire windows.
The tab manager also offers convenient features to save tabs for later restoration. You can save specific tabs within a window, save all tabs within a window, or save the entire session encompassing all open windows.

I have 519 open tabs… which are jobs I have to get done. And Tabmanager.io has great tools to work with Tabs. Just one thing is missing: It would be great if we could sort the chrome windows (or maybe the tabs themselves) by when they were last worked on. (For example, the "last worked on chrome window date" could be the last time a Chrome window or tab had the focus or when a tab was loaded, moved, created or deleted. These are all indications of the last work in a Chrome window :-)
Almost like the DOA old version of Session Buddy. RIP
Tentative 5-star: so far, looks good - provides features that Session Buddy just regressed in the name of cosmetics, like searching URLs as well as page title, one-click foregrounding, import/export, etc. May revise downward if import/export tests this weekend don't go well, but right now it looks good.
It would be amazing if it could restore incognito windows. Now it's unusable, at least for me. It's amazing how it can have so many features and missing one so fundamental.
So close! 1) Please autosave tabs to my sessions - all the tabs I open in that window should be part of the session and session history. 2) allow me to disable suspending of tabs.
Am I missing something? The tab manager maintenance is actually very nicely organized. But seems the only way to use the saved tabs is to open a new tab (to get to the tab manager). What I need, and I think most users need, is the ability to _easily navigate_ to a tab from the extension btn. Useless
It's a great extension, it even displays Chrome Tab Groups. What I am missing: 1. There is a command "collapse Windows". I miss the command "collapse Tab Groups", so that we can just see Tabs which are not in Tab Groups 2. I miss a command to Filter Tab Groups. E.g. filter all Tab Groups containing "YouTube" in their name
Fantastic extension, wouldn't be able to weed my tab garden without it. Two items it could improve: 1. Collapsed tab groups sometimes don't re-expand in the extension UI. This makes it hard to use the app for it's original purpose. 2. Would be great to align with the new "save tab group" capability now offered natively in Chrome.
For me the only missing feature is moving tabs between saved sessions the same way you can drag them between windows
