Overall this is helpful and I am getting more comfortable with ProsperWorks each day. They team is working hard to make improvements.
I paid for this though there are a couple of big gotchas. First, you cannot search notes made within Prosperworks. This issue is probably fatal for my use. Second, it seems like I'm perpetually logging into and authenticating myself to Prosperworks. It's great that Prosperworks has a connection to Gmail but not so great when every time you open Gmail you go through a multi-step authentication. I'm probably going to write this off even though I paid for an initial year.
I love ProsperWorks! I've tried lots and lots of other CRM systems and this is by far my favorite and the easiest to use. I highly recommend it.
Perfect & simplified
As a Startup founder who needs to maintain a wide variety of relationships, this extension has saved my Inbox. The basic features like Conversation history are well executed and easy to use. The extension really SHINES are the task management features. There are so many situations where several of us are involved in working on different activities for one prospect that are all tied together. It eliminated ugly spreadsheet pipelines, strings of forwarded emails, and hours spent searching/coordinating things. Love the clean design too! Nice work guys.
Hands down best CRM for Google users I have tried them all and can say this... You will not find a better CRM, especially one that works so well with Google. The extension works very well with chrome and fits in nicely to the side. Try it, you truly have nothing to lose and everything to gain! You guys are great!
I've loved using this app since we moved away from our old CRM. We use this for the sales pipeline and the CRM and it works really well. The staff are helpful and the releases take into account the users comments. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
The fact that this is seamlessly integrated with Gmail takes it from being just another great idea of a CRM I won't use, to being a crucial part of running my business. A great idea, well executed. I thoroughly recommend this to people like me who are busy and not always disciplined about the administration that goes with their role.
