I highly recommend ProsperWorks! I have a small team of 4 people and the app allows me to follow all their work and progress.
I never used a CRM before, but ProsperWorks makes it really easy to go about my daily work. I do almost everything in gmail so this integration is perfect.
Really easy to use. Makes getting at my sales data incredibly easy without having to leave my gmail inbox. Very slick.
Finally a light app which seamlessly integrates with Google Apps. I love the single pane view of the essential elements of a CRM software-email communications, company information, tasks, contact info, files associated with each contact. For me the ease of use is what differentiates it from the others in the market. Most CRM softwares focus on offering many features and require technical knowhow/expertise and in that attempt ignore the ease of usability. I really liked the reminder tab and the level of customization involved. Getting an email reminder and a pop notification is very helpful to track follow-ups. Finally the simplicity and uncluttered user experience is what makes this a great product. Thank you ProsperWorks!
It's a simple CRM solution, and better yet, it's free. Very easy to install and even easier to use. I was up and running and easily managing my contacts and my business -- in a flash.

Creating a profile for every one of my contacts takes way too much time and in a world where time=money, I can't afford that! This chrome extension takes care of all of that for me. ProsperWorks has huge potential. I love it!
Keeps getting better and better. My number one feature: design. Having used the very corporate-esq SalesForce program, this is simply a breath of fresh air. It feels like it was made by Google. Having the tool right inside Gmail is a close second. It's so easy to add contact info, tasks, opportunities, etc. because it's right where I do all my work every day: my Gmail inbox. I'm finding that I spend more time interacting with the tool from inside Gmail than I do inside the ProsperWorks program itself. What would be really helpful is an iPhone app that lets me make phone calls from my contacts.
Bravo! This CRM really enhances the Gmail experience. Simple interface, seamless Google integration, seems like this software is long overdue! I love how i can multitask within the program and access contacts and e-mails effortlessly without having to leave the page; all while leaving virtually no footprint on my CPU. Great job!
My friend told me about ProsperWorks and I absolutely love it! The profiles for all of my contacts are created automatically and it's SO easy to use. I would absolutely recommend this chrome extension.
