To work wit local files, you need to tick "Allow access to file URLs" in chrome://extensions for this extension. Good to se this instruction on DETAILS tab.
This extension works as advertised. In spades. One note, I had to grant access to the URL in order to get this plugin to format my test .adoc file.
Omg.. this is amazing. Now you can concentrate on writing content in your editor with asciidoc and still see the content in a preview any time you like. A must use tool for any writer using asciidoc. And if you are now using asciidoc yet.. you should check it out!
perfect. works great!
This is a game changer for working with AsciiDoc -- the barrier has just been lowered. Your "dev environment" just became a text editor & Chrome browser with this extension. Awesome!
With this extension, you can view the HTML output from any AsciiDoc file, local or remote, simply by visiting the file directly in the browser! That means you no longer have to open up a terminal to run an AsciiDoc processor on your source file, then go searching for the generated HTML file in your browser. The preview *is* the source file. Oh, the convenience!
