This new version is pretty much the exact opposite of what I want. I use bitly to mostly link blogs that I have written to my followers. Now I don't know what is going on with the interface and I don't know why it is more difficult for me to share links. I could care less about saving links since my browser already lets me bookmark whatever I want to save. Simple and useful has turned into involved and stupid. Please offer a stripped down version that operates like the precious iteration of the extension.

The new version is a step back and doesn't appear to allow you to create and copy link in a few key presses (as the previous version could with auto-copy link).

I do not like this new version. The previous one was much easier to use and it allowed you to share your links directly with just one click. In this new version that change and you must save the links before you can share them. Senseless. What if I don't want to save the links? I have been using this extension for more than a year and now, I have to look for another. A pitty.

What have you done to your Chrome extension? Previously I would be on a page, and click the extension and the bit.ly link would go straight into my clipboard. Since a recent update, this does not happen (and yes, I have the box ticked to "Automatically copy shortlink to clipboard when I save a bitmark with the Chrome extension.") I now have to click the bit.ly icon, click Save (or Save and Share) and then click Copy. This is not useful - three clicks instead of one to achieve the same effect? Please fix this. Thanks :-) EDITED to say that I have restarted my browser and no difference. EDIT 2 September 16. This extension has been ruined, what on earth are you doing with it. It's so SLLLOOOOWWWW. And you can't click off it by clicking what's behind it as previously. I don't understand the thinking behind launching this when what you had was better. Not perfect, but better.

Extension update? Well, i hate the new extension. It has become cumbersome to use the app. I just want to click and auto-copy the contents. NO POP-UP!

アップデートで使いづらくなりました。。。 一言＋記事タイトル＋URL で使っていたのに 一言＋URL しかできません。 しかも画面遷移がでてきてめんどくさい。。

バージョン2.0.15が公開されたので試してみました。 ポップアップすら出ません。 fxxking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ↓my review of v2.0.3↓ バージョン2.0.3が公開されましたが、率直に改悪だと感じました。理由は以下の3点です。 - shareするまで前バージョンでは1クリックでしたが、2クリックになってしまいました - shareしている間のプログレスが前バージョンではプログレスサークルが動いていましたが、それがなくなってしまいました - shareした際に、サイトタイトルが入らなくなってしまいました ここに書くのもお門違いではありますが、webも見づらくなってしまいました。前はひと目で自分が生成したリンクのクリック数が見えていたのになくなってしまいました。 Bitly Chrome Extension has updated to version 2.0.3, I frankly feel it is worse. The reason is the following three points. - Previous versions need one click to share a link, but the current version needs two clicks. - Previous versions show the progress circle to share a link, but the current version does not show it. - The title of the site is not included to sharing posts. The current version of bitly web site is not useful for me. In previous versions, I could see the number of clicks on links that I shared, but the current version does not show it. I feel writing this here may be misplaced.

Completely took what was a 1 click process for me and turned it into a 3 click + copy/paste in order to share my link. Also, apparently 4 shared accounts is too much to fit in your window so I can't even see the Share button which is off the bottom of the screen.
