ScheduleOnce is an efficient, well-designed and beautiful scheduling system. We deal with online language classes and online language consulting, so, the success of our business relies on fast, accurate and reliable scheduling, characteristics we find in ScheduleOnce. Its time zone tool makes appointments with international customers as easy as a click. It brought more organization, time and productivity for our business and for our life. The color-changeable page and a well-displayed timetable stimulate the use of the system by clients and by staff. And we haven’t found in the market one of its kind. The calendar integration has turned collaboration into something broader and more profitable. We now have all the scheduling information in just one place and we feel ourselves free to focus on doing much, much better not only on scheduling, but also on each task. With ScheduleOnce we discovered we have never realized the big difference it makes when we schedule well.

I've used ScheduleOnce with the savvy and not-so-savvy technology users over the past year or so great success. I've used it to schedule meetings with clients when blocks of time during the week are few and far between. Using the tool, I can see my available time and easily mark it. Then, clients can clearly see and select the best overlap. From there, it's a simple click to schedule the meeting or appointment. I use it on the personal side too. We've used schedule our neighborhood Chili Fest two years running. With over 40 people on this list (about 25 e-mails), I can quickly and easily see all overlapping available time and schedule the best without offending or leaving anyone out. It's not always 100% overlap, but it's better than dictating a time and then going back and forth through e-mail, on the phone, or walking around the neighborhood to find the best time. The second best feature is the integration to my Google Apps account so that I can see my blocked time in the calendar before I ever schedule. It's a slick interface the beats the pants off of having two windows open and visually comparing before I mark my time. I love ScheduleOnce and have recommended to many colleauges and friends for work and personal scheduling. Keep up the good work! Great tool.

I finally got around to doing the research for a Tungle alternative, and so far ScheduleOnce meets all of my needs - it has the tightest integration with Google Apps and a "Meet Me" page (unique URL to your scheduling portal that you can send via email, etc.). Surprisingly, many of the other services don't have this. I'd recommend adding it through your GoogleApps dashboard to make sure you get the integration (single sign-on, nav bar link, etc.) One last thought - none of the options I've come across sync with MS Exchange directly, so I'm not able to combine my work (Exchange) and personal (Google Apps) calendars to offer unified availability. This is surprising considering that so many mobile apps do this. Tungle didn't do this either so I can't complain too much but if ScheduleOnce ever adds this, it would be another key differentiator.

I'm so glad I found ScheduleOnce for my tennis flex league matches - it’s so much easier! Normally you have to email back and forth to work out the match details with each of your competitors. Now they can just choose a day/time/location from those I suggest, and we're done. I love that the appointment goes directly to my calendar and sends them an email confirmation. Instead of 10 emails for each match, it's down to 1 or 2. Totally worth the price. The group meeting function would be perfect for doubles, when you have to work around 4 players' schedules to set up a single match. It would be awesome if ScheduleOnce developed a solution specifically for flex tennis leagues, so all players in a league could use it in a coordinated way. Also, the support is excellent. I received immediate and helpful responses via both phone and email. They even followed up today to let me know a minor bug I reported was fixed. Great customer service.

Best service I've found for easily managing the often exhausting serious of requests I receive for meetings. Good updates that have addressed some of the interface quirks that make the difference between a startup and a more mature offering. Never had the website downtime that I've seen with other offerings in this space. I know some of the investors and this is a solid company, which is a relief because there have been some in this space that have fallen off the map.

Schedule Once is a really great tool for scheduling appointments online. We have their calendar embedded into our website and our customers can simply pick a time and date for their first appointment. It then integrates with Google calendar. No double handing necessary. Since we are on a tight budget we opted for the free version, which gives you the most necessary functions and works like a treat. We are currently considering an upgrade to enable reminder emails, which are a great function too. All in all, schedule once is a great affordable tool for online scheduling and saves you heaps of time! I can certainly recommend using it.
