I was looking for an online scheduling product and a colleague of mine referred me to ScheduleOnce. It has allowed me to be able to share my availability securely and allow my clients to schedule a time that is convenient for them. It is simple to use and does not require my clients to have to register for it. I have only used the free version so far, so some of the things that are cons to me might be in the paid version. There did not seem to be a delete capability, it only allowed me reschedule appointments within the same day, and it was clunky in trying to schedule group meetings. Overall, I would recommend it and am satisfied.

Now that I have ScheduleOnce, I often wonder to myself how I ran my business without it! This amazing service prevents me from having to go back and forth with each client in terms of finding a mutually agreeable time to schedule their appointments. Also, clients have told me that they love the ease and convenience of ScheduleOnce because they don't have to wait for me to check my schedule and get back to them, which translates into less frustration for them. Lastly, ScheduleOnce frees up administration time for me, which allows me precious time to focus on other, more important tasks. Not to mention the money I save on having to hire someone to do my scheduling! Thank you for this invaluable service.

Schedule Once is an awesome product, which saves me time, and my office money, We added scheduleonce links to our client e-mails, and now spend less time on the phone scheduling clients for appointments. The links generate appointment requests based on our availability-- and obviate the need to speak with a staff person or scheduler. The link generates a confirmation to you, and the person requesting the appointment. I only wish they could integrate return phone calls as well....

I signed up for ScheduleOnce for my social media consulting business, and it works like a charm! I love that my clients don't have to sign up for ScheduleOnce to use it, and how effortlessly it syncs with my Google Calendar. I can add an event to my Google Calendar from my Droid, and ScheduleOnce immediately syncs with my updated calendar and blocks out that time so my customers won't try to schedule my services at that time. They've also just rolled out a bunch of great new features to make scheduling even easier, and I really appreciate a company that listens to its customers' needs and makes changes to accommodate them. I initially balked a little at the $49/year price, but it's >so< worth it; I don't think I'll ever use anything else! Highly recommended!

I'm a start-up owner currently recruiting to build a team for the summer. With organization not being my greatest strength, I found it difficult to manage all the incoming applications while also booking appointments to interview the candidates. With ScheduleOnce, I just send the link to my Meet Me page and let the candidates schedule themselves in. As a result, I'm saving a tremendous amount of time that now lets me focus on other aspects of the business. I also like that ScheduleOnce works seamlessly and in real-time with Google Calendar so I don't have to check for duplication. I recommend this app to any business owner, but especially to busy start-ups.

I have been very happy with ScheduleOnce and the seamless integration with my Google Calendar. I have to manage many demos throughout the day and a constantly changing schedule. ScheduleOnce helps me do all of this with ease. The interface is intuitive and, with just a couple of clicks, a client or prospect is able to lock in a couple of convenient times that work well for me. No extra work is necessary to sync up with Google after I confirm the date and time that works for both parties. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is challenged to effectively manage schedules with clients and prospects throughout the day.

A lot of companies make you feel like a second class citizen when you're on a free plan. ScheduleOnce was different. When I had an issue with receiving emails they got right on it and I had a dedicated rep troubleshooting the issue for me. All this while, behind the scenes they were going hell for leather trying to get 3.0 out. After a few emails back and forth and some tests they realised that Amazon had blocked my email for some reason and ScheduleOnce handled it. I couldn't be happier and I recommend them to all my time-starved or disorganised clients. Cheers!

I had a bit of a problem installing it. It has several layers, but I guess that has to do with the Google integration. Once it was up and running I liked it very much. It's simple and straightforward. I'd like to see it work in reverse from the calendar though. I could click on an event and select "Send to ScheduleOnce." Then it could continue and the updates would be both ways. Works great though.
