This is the sort of software you don´t really think you need until you start using it! I´ve been using the pay version for about 4 months now and I have nothing but praise for it. It´s particularly useful for inbound scheduling. When someone wants to meet, I just send them my link and they suggest the times. Simple as that. I didn´t realise how much time I wasted setting up meetings until I started using this service. The mail notifications are really useful and the way the meetings just automatically appear in Google calendar when I approve them is nothing short of magical. I can´t really praise it enough, except to say that it´s a MUST for anyone who has a busy appointment schedule.

I have been pleased with ScheduleOnce It integrates very nicely with Google Calendar and I have been sending out invites to my customers and they have been able to schedule themselves without a hitch.

I have tried other services in the GoogleApps Marketplace. I think ScheduleOnce is way easier to use (better GUI), and nicer colors and design. Would like to see a translation api in the near future. Congratulations to the ScheduleOnce Team: Happy scheduling :)

Initially i thought Schedule Once was just a fancy way of setting up appointments - but once everyone around me got used to setting up appointments with me i wonder how i ever managed without it. Its a great addition if you want to control your calendar and avoid double bookings!

We could not be happier with ScheduleOnce here at CKcondos. It integrates perfectly with our Google Apps Account. We use our ScheduleOnce to schedule appointments for four reps in two different time zones. I love that I can get a branded interface for such a low price and without advertisements on the page. They also indicated that they will be adding a feature we requested!

We use Scheduleonce in our NGO. Our youth leaders work in several teams at once, so the effective planning of meetings is essential. ScheduleOnce is of great help to us. Thanks to seamless integration with Google Calendar and intuitive interface, this tool is easy to use even for basic users, which is very important. Even though there is a lot of work to be done, I think this app is still a step ahead of it's competitors

It is great for scheduling events with multiple people on very different schedules. I really like how it automatically tells me what times will work best for all the meeting attendants. I look forward to seeing the new features that are added in the near future.
