It is extremely helpful, and definitely helps speed up the back-end automation process. Is a little slow, will be laggy sometimes, but overall well made.
Since we started using the chrome extension our company has gotten so much from it. We totally love this plug in. Overall, works great! We don't have any issues with it!
I feel like the reviews here are out of date. The app works fine and provides the ability to add deals, contacts and tasks into ActiveCampaign without having to login. It also allows me to send personal AC emails from within Gmail.
The updates that were made to this Chrome extension have made it usable for me. It was not super user friendly before, but for what I need it to do, it works great now. Adding quick tasks/seeing my current Active Campaign tasks right in the extension without navigating away from my email is very helpful. The option to add a deal is helpful, though I would love to be able to see the contact that is in a deal when searching for them, and move them from one stage to another directly from my email. However, we mostly have automations set up to move people now, so this is not an issue for me. Overall, works great! Rarely have glitches or issues with it!
I've been using the extension for some weeks and it works so fine with Gmail. It may be a little bit faster, but it's OK for me.
A/C is great, love what they do. Their plugin is ok, though needs some real updating and work to get it up to expected standards. Chat function is a great tool and has really helped, though it can be delayed at times.
I really like activecampaign's interface and their support is super top notch. Highly recommended. However, the plugin has issues and doesn't work at the moment (https://snipboard.io/FvsoAT.jpg). When it did worked, it was helpful as a CRM.
We do like Active Campaign for our business. The only thing that could really use some work is the text editor/email designer. It's very glitchy and can be difficult to edit simple text.
Does exactly what I need it to, it tracks emails when I forget to and streamlines my sales process.
I love ActiveCampaign! Best email software by far.
