I see the other reviews about this plugin not always working, which I have experienced as well, but it's been a while since it hasn't work. So hopefully that means AC has gotten this worked out. It's really nice for our business to be able to see the customer profile on the right hand side of the screen. At a glance I can see what product the customer is interested in and then respond to their email with the appropriate email. Its saves a little bit of time and I would recommend other AC users to download this plugin. It's not perfect, but does seem to be heading that way. They even gave me a gift card for writing this review; so obviously they're confident in the product and are making an effort to have their product recently reviewed.
Solid platform - very useful!
Very helpfull!
It's a good tool, and allows me to get quick information about my Active Campaign contacts without needing to leave my inbox. It's also nice that it logs your email correspondence directly in AC. The one drawback? It seems to "collect" contacts with people you email, which sometimes get automatically added to your contact total unintentionally. This issue should be addressed, as it can artificially increase your total contacts in AC, and could bump you into a higher cost bracket.
Compared to my previous CRM software, Active Campaign is amazing. I am pretty happy with the plugin, and mostly just happy to be able to move directly form an email into Active Campaign. Thank you AC for continually innovating and making it easier to provide good customer service.
It made life a lot easier for us for sure. Very useful and less clicking between pages involved. Rarely has any glitches! Just needs a speed boost and it'll be wonderful.

Great extension helps me get work done faster, remember to-dos, and quickly add deals and contacts.
Good, but not great! It gets the job done for what I need, but I am not sure how it would hold up for power users. I have no problems with it working as designed. Keep updating and improving it. Best to you!
It's great to be able to work right from my gmail inbox and still have Active Campaign tracking everything. Keeps things easy and organized!
