極限に分かりにくく使いづらいアプリをわざと作ろうとしても、ここまでのゴミアプリは作れない。このゴミアプリを作るのに一体何百何千万円の税金が無駄にされたのだろうか。無能すぎて激怒するだけ時間の無駄だと逆に怒りが収まってしまうほど。この開発に関わった公務員の年収は100万円に減らしても大丈夫だと思う
面倒すぎる。途中まで進めたがあまりにも面倒すぎて削除しました。もっとサクサク動いて脆弱じゃないシステム考えられないか。利用者のことを考えていない。
申請作業をするために、久々に利用。電子証明で先に進めなくなった。 ちなみに、Chrome拡張機能と、eLTAX PCdesk(WEB版) Chrome用AP のインストールからやり直すと、正常に動作するようになった。しかし、何回も同じデータを入力させられて、結局4時間くらい格闘しなければならなくなった。これなら、役所に行って手続きした方がラクだ。 全国の事業者（または税理士事務所）で利用されているが、常に使っているなら問題も特定しやすいが、1年に1回か数回しか使わない場合は、久々に使おうと思ったら障害が発生するというループに巻き込まれてしまう。こういう使い方にも耐えうるシステムにして欲しい。 最後に、電子証明書（マイナカード利用）を確認するとき、進めなくなることが多く、せっかく入れたデータを破棄し、再度最初から入れ直しとなる（2、3回やりなおし）。なので、データ入力前に、電子証明が使えるようになっているか確認する機能が欲しい。（電子証明の確認画面が出ているのに、他のウィンドウの裏に隠れて、画面が前面に表示されないという問題も残っていると考えられる）

この拡張機能をインストール後、再読み込みを行うことで拡張機能が使用可能になる が、今時スマホと連携してマイナンバー認証を行えば事足りるので、この拡張機能は役人の実績づくりのために生み出されたウンチというほかない。
