星５評価で、マイナス５としか言いようがない。 一昨年あたりから使っているが、IDなどの登録自体カードリーダーとかがないと真面にできないのに、他にも選択肢があるようになっている。 登録しなくても申請は可能だが、大本の登録方法自体にも大きな問題あるうえ、マニュアルや電話対応なども不備だらけで真面な話にならずに堂々巡りにしかならなかった。 申請自体がわかりにくいのは勿論だが、基本登録は元より色々な部分が何時まで経っても改善できていないのが問題なうえ、電話などの対応も機械的なマニュアル通りの対応しかできずにオウム返しで同じこと繰り返すだけで、そのマニュアルも間違っているのでは意味がない。 誰が使うかこんなもの・・・・と言われるようなダメなシステムや対応の実例で、 良い子はマネしちゃいけません、と色々な面で言われる代物にしかなっていない。
エルタックスを利用するために必要な拡張機能とのことでダウンロードしたが、Chrome、Edgeともに肝心のエルタックスが機能せず。 サイトの導線も悪いしレイアウトは見づらいし使い勝手が悪すぎる。 役所は自己満集団ですか？ サイト制作者以外でテストしてみましたか？ セミナーの申し込みも未だにFAXとか時代に逆行しすぎだし、頑張ってアナログ脱出しようと奮起してもこの有様。 税金払ってもらう気あります？
電子証明書を用意するの面倒だし別途お金かかるようなのでID作ったけど利用停止しました。拡張機能を使用する段階まで進んでませんが無駄な時間だったので星1評価にしておきます。
etaxが出来ない
昨年できたのに今年は何時間やってもダメ、ここのレビューを見て納得しました。もし目的を果たせた方がおられたらそのハウツーを披露してもらえれば大いに参考になると思います。
これ登録できる人いるの？？ ２時間したけど、あっち行ってこっち戻っての繰り返し 本当に時間の無駄でした。 チャレンジする人、ほぼ時間を無駄にする事になるので気を付けてください。 こんな分かりにくいの初めてやわ。 ★は超マイナス点
超絶わかりにくい。問い合わせても全然わからない。時間を無駄にした。なんでこんなにわかりにくくしているのか謎。このアプリをつくるのに一体いくらかけたのか。しまいにはこのキャラクターにも腹が立ってきた。全く解決していないけど、レビューを見たらみんな同じ感想で、孤独な闘いが少し癒されました。これ、早急に考え直した方が良い。
作った人は、よく分かるだろうと思って作っているのでしょうね。その良さが全く伝わらない人が大勢いるようです。分かっている人による、分かっている人のための、分かっている人への説明ですね。作成を丸投げしないで、みんなで話し合って作り直す必要があるでしょう。
