今まで生きてきたなかで最も分かりにくいソフト。2時間以上やっても登録すらできない。紙でやったほうが断然早い
これはひどい。2時間ほどこれに引っかかって先に進めず、結局窓口に行かなきゃいけないみたいなので諦めました。パソコン使用歴20年以上ですが、これ一般の人は絶対無理でしょ。分かりにくいし説明不足。こんなシステムにお金使うなんて頭悪すぎて呆れます。どこに依頼したらこんなお粗末な物できるの？
本当はゼロ評価。まったく使えないシステム。このことに尽きる。
なんでみんなが使ってる民間企業のスマホアプリみたいにもっと簡単にしないの。サイトも、システムも国のものはすべてわかりにくい、みにくい、つかいにくい。みんなの時間（生産性）を奪っていることを考えてほしい。
すべての手続きがアプリでできるようにすればいいと思います。

最悪。時間の無駄。肝心なところでエラーメッセージが出て前に進めない。公的ウェブではよくこういうことがある。しっかりしたプロを使って作って欲しい。本当は星などゼロにしたい。
