a few to many false positives, for example it blocks the google login popup.

I only use a few extensions and this is an absolute must for privacy.
GReat with one exception, you can't clear a cite easily to allow ease of use on that site. Otherwise, a must have product. Shocking the speed increase when turned on v. off. Much faster on.
В Chrome 65.0.3325.181 часть сервисов Яндекса не работает при активации этого расширения - на Kinopoisk не проигрываются трейлеры, виджет Яндекс.Карт не отображается на сайтах, например, Тинькофф Банка, на сайтах pecom.ru, pochta.ru не работает калькулятор достаки. После выключения расширения всё вышеописанное начинает нормально работать. Две звезды (а не одна) потому, что раньше всё работало. Проблемы возникли, начиная с одной из последних версий Chrome (примерно после Нового года 2018).
One of, if not, the best of privacy extensions to have in the modern age of data mining, carving and harvesting. I've used this for a long time and it's chockload of options from full black/whitelisting of sites/pages and fully customisable plugin loading if a page/site requires some plugins to run for full functionality. Protects privacy, improves loading times, conserves bandwidth amongst other things. Obviously, it may work better for some more than others but give it a shot and dig deep into the options for best results.

Disconnect was working well up until Chrome version 65, specifically Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 build 1709. Now Disconnect causes Chrome in all channels/versions (stable, beta, and canary) to crash consistently when I go to several specific sites, including marriott.com and delta.com. Yep, of course I whitelisted those sites in the Disconnect extension settings but Chrome still crashes every time. One could argue that it's the sites that are at fault, not Disconnect, but guess what I have control over? Deactivating the Disconnect extension. I completely uninstalled Chrome, including all of the settings files, rebooted my PC, and reinstalled Chrome, I deleted all cache and cookies, etc. None of that helped - crashes still happen. I disable Disconnect, no crash. I reactivate Disconnect, crashes come right back. I travel a lot so this is a deal-breaker for me.
