Seit dem letzten Update funktioniert das Whitelisten von Seiten nicht mehr. Wenn ich auf den Button klicke, öffnet sich ein neuer Tab mit Werbung für die App, die Funktion selbst wird aber nicht ausgeführt. Ich könnte ja mit gelegentlichen Hinweisen zur App leben, aber was soll DAS?
I liked the idea of the extension. However, it stopped autocomplete in Google calendar to work. Took ages to find that this extension caused it.
A NOTE TO THE DEVELOPERS: Not sure why this happened, but I noticed this morning that the controls on YouTube (play, pause, etc.) weren't appearing. This happened both on the YT site itself and on YT videos embedded in other sites. I disabled my Chrome extensions one-by-one, and the controls re-appeared after disabling Disconnect. Re-enabling didn't cause them to disappear again, though.
Useful extension to have alongside uBlock Origin & others in order to reduce the work it takes to identify and block all scripts. I basically use the free version to block the "social media" scripts & plugins various sites use without doing it manually (as in uMatrix or advanced mode of uBO). I'm subtracting points because it's not very effective entirely on the goals they declare in the description, but it's a useful tool to keep alongside several other tools.
It prevented me from joining hangout meetings using Chrome! I saw the participates before joining, after joining all went silent. Found out that the problem was related to Chrome by trying IE - which worked great. Disabled Disconnect, and hangout worked again

Very good overall. Latest version causes the youtube html player to fail playing.
It work a̲l̲m̲o̲s̲t̲ as advertised, it did help with protecting my privacy, but made my browsing ridiculously slow in the process. As slow as it was, I can only imagine what it used to be like, because they are marketing it as actually increasing your speed on the web now. It also messed with my ad-blocker. You might have different results, but I uninstalled it.
