I am unable to see the Create new Record Button '+ Sign' on the plugin. What could be the reason?
A fabulous way to introduce lightning to your users prior to doing the fully-fledged switch over. Love that I can update SF records from my gmail inbox and email sender, subject and details details are automatically picked up from the current email.
