This Chrome extension to add email messages into Salesforce records and seamless work with email messages and Salesforce records at the same time is intuitive, easy to use, very convenient, safe. The only drawback is that the connection always needs to be reestablished.
Updated review (March 2026) is very disappointing! Doesn't work at all right now. Reinstalling not helpful... Previously I said: Works quite well, not looking for anything with more features than this. Occasionally have to refresh the screen to get it activated, but otherwise all good.
It works really bad - keeps disconnecting.

Streamlines workflows by bringing CRM data directly into your inbox, saving valuable time. However, occasional bugs and syncing issues can disrupt the otherwise seamless experience.
This integration really streamlines our efforts to record and track donor communication. The time out notification popups can become annoying quickly, but overall satisfied. I'm sure there's more that we aren't even yet utilizing which could further advance our efficiencies.
Excellent way of syncing with Gmail, pre-defined notes that can be utilized while sending emails on the context to multiple/different users.
Great tool that makes it easier to log correspondence and events relating to my leads and current relationships. It is a little wonky at times because it times out or I need to log in and out every now and then. Sometimes I need to go into settings and reconnect it to my account.
Love the the complexity of the platform, very professional tool for sales!
