I love this integration, I use it everyday.
Love this extension. Sometimes, though, it just...DISAPPEARS. No explanation. It's just no longer alongside my gmail, and then I have to try to figure out how I got it there in the first place. Always a nuisance. But it is a fabulous and useful extension when it's there!
UPDATE 10/14/25: After the previous update, it was bad. Really bad. Today, it refused to connect at all. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension. Now all I get is the "URL does not exist" page. Problems have been going on for a while, but now it's useless. ------- I love what it does. I just wish I could connect more reliably. Some days, the SF extension just refuses to connect. It makes it hard for me to really incorporate its use in my daily work because it's not always available. But when it works, it WORKS. I love it and want to RELY on it.
Great extension for data accuracy between the CRM and email activity.
It is very useful that we can tag the email. There is also an issue and need to reconnect constantly, and Gmail has slowed down noticeably. One suggestion, if an email is tagged any replies to that should also get tagged automatically. (Email Chain).
