It's an excellent tool and invaluable for linking emails to tickets for my use case. It provides the same benefits for all objects (for the most part). The only drawback is that it tends to time out frequently, with repeated notifications about being disconnected. I understand the need for that, but it can be disruptive when completing an email.

Very useful and makes life easier in terms of syncing Gmail to Salesforce
If use properly, the tool helps companies to keep all interactions related to any Opportunities, Active Projects,Cases, etc, in one place. No more wonders! Love the tool.

The text shortcuts I've been making within the extension have been disappearing. Then when I try to re-make the text shortcut with the same shortcode as before, it says the shortcode has already been used. Re-making these text shortcuts take a couple hours of my time every time, thats the whole point of making shortcut for them so every one that disappears is a HUGE inconvenience for me. Its SO UNRELIABLE
Not using this extension is literally like forcing yourself to run a marathon on one leg.. You could do it... But why?
Ajuda muito porém as vezes trava o email devido a tentativa de vinculo. Se o email já foi vinculado não tem necessidade de perguntar novamente.
