It works okay, but you have to click to reconnect to Salesforce incessantly. It should just reconnect every time the page is refreshed.

Just plain works, and easy to install and use

It works and it's free. It's pretty seamless to use salesforce with this and chrome. I just have to make sure i'm logged into salesforce.com first on the browser, then It automatically logs in on the add in here as well. I would recommend this to all users as a great method to log activities.
This Gmail integration works well. Only it asks me to refresh my Gmail to log an email at least once a day and sometimes multiple times. This can difficult and time consuming on a busy email day to stop what I'm doing to refresh my account.
The Salesforce Gmail integration works great.
Love the concept but the Gmail integration is so, so laggy. It makes navigating Gmail a chore and completely kills my workflow.
This is really helpful, but I wish it was possible to relate emails to more than one object at a time. We often have complex projects where emails need to be related to an account and several land records (we use the LOCATE app as an add-on) and/or funding records. Also, email threads need to be expanded before logging, otherwise only the top message comes through.
