Its wonderful! Especially when you add on Salesforce inbox and can schedule email deliverability, see email opens, and send your availability with easy scheduling.
I actually use Salesforce now that I can update and track comms via this extension. Would be handy to create Opportunities through it though.
I have used Outlook (via Office 365) for years and have never been happy with the plugins I had to use to link my emails to Salesforce. I tried using Gmail (a significant change to my usual workflow), just to test this plugin, and love it. While I'm still getting used to using a browser based mail client, this plugin has been worth the effort. The (paid) plugin we used for Outlook in Office365 has nothing on this. If only there was a plugin just like this of Office365/Outlook, but it only works in an Exchange environment.
Buggy and disconnects constantly. Need to press a button to reconnect nearly every time I use it. It would be great if it was more stable. Also, It would be nice if it autofilled in the email contact when opening a case, opportunity, etc. You must pick them from the contact list. Sometimes the contact is near the top, sometimes nowhere to be seen and you have to search for them.
Very useful, every now and then it bumps into minor glitches but overall really good!
Really happy with this extension. Not sure if this is a new feature (or just new to me) but I like the ability to relate the email to most objects using the search bar within the add-on window. I've even found that the add-on's suggestions of opportunities to relate the email to are spot-on. Really smooth and helpful!
Quantity & Quality both saves Time & Efforts!
So helpful in getting email data into Salesforce!
This is a useful extension, however I am missing the "Create" button so I can not create new records from this extension. Does anyone know how I can get the Create button?
Muito boa a extensão! depois que comecei a utilizar até cancelei minha conta do Cirrus que pagava uma fortuna. Obrigado SalesForce!
