Dragalicious! Really great. I always got seriously lost in Gmail, I know, I know, some people find it the best thing in the world... but not me. That all changed after installing Drag! I can think of several other email clients that could use a Drag treatment! Yes, there was a learning curve, isn't there always, but it was definitely not steep at all. I highly recommend Drag. Thanks Nick and Duda for making an outstanding user experience possible in Gmail! Best, Mark
That's great! but I just worry about that how about the security? Does drapapp.com will can read all of my emails and content?
By far It's the best solution I found! The most exiting thing is the comment and tasks part! Really helpful! It was a little bit tricky to install, it but clearing the browser's cache and restarting chrome, did the job. The only disadvantage I noticed was in Greek mail titles in combination with weird text formats. You cannot read those titles unless you rename them. But still... is by far the best solution.
Shared inboxes for small business have been a recurring headache of mine for the past few years, with the issue popping up every 12 months or so, being re-looked at, and testing something else. EVERYONE here loves drag. This is the first positive unanimous verdict by the employee jury for our shared & collaborative inboxes. Looking forward to the new features you guys have in development, make sure to keep me in the loop!!
They have got great customer support, and potential to be amazing tool ... but for now it has got some serious bugs (which can result in data loss) not making it ideal for teams just yet. The deal breaker for us have been not being able to access Gmail's default interface for a shared inbox ... which has first made it impossible to forward emails, and more importantly quite a few times the email sent through drag's interface goes out blank.
Great app, could become a real killer. Does need some extra features (handling sub folders and tagging more efficiently) but very nice job and clean interface.
I felt pretty confused after trying it. Hope it improves.
Is a very good application to improve my productivity daily!
I love the idea of this so much and the 2 times it worked, it was great. But every other time, I would go through emails in my regular format and delete a bunch and then when going into Drag, those deleted emails would show up and ones I already categorized would be uncategorized again. When I did reach out, I was told to uninstall and reinstall Drag. I tried that, it worked once and I was dumb enough to buy a month thinking the problem was fixed. Then the problem came back. I requested a refund. I will keep this updated on how it's handled from there.
Software is finnicky, communication with customer support was slow and unreliable. Never got confirmation of anything, always had to follow up manually. Cancelling payments was a nightmare.
