Took a chance, spent the $36 - and immediately regretted it. Why? It doesn't work. I set up 5 workspaces, and no matter HOW MANY times I tried to '"drag" (it's actually send) an email to a "To Do" or "Done" column on another space from the inbox, it didn't work. It says it does - says "Sending", and you look and it's not in the inbox any more. You go to the workspace and it's not in the folder you sent it to - then go back to the inbox and "boom" - there it is still. I really wanted it to work - I hate that I got ripped off by a slick looking piece of non-functional software.
I love it. I wish i could use it more than i do now.

Very innovative take on managing email. I can see how some users may get frustrated on setup (documentation could use some work). With that being said every time I chatted with them on their website, they were professional and very helpful. If you don't believe me just go to their website and have a chat. Please also keep in mind that this is relatively new and they're always adding features. The downside of that is that bugs will also appear because of it. Good news is the you can just flip the switch and your back to original gmail when you need to! Keep up the good work Drag team!
Complex to set up and use. The online "help" staff is more interested in belittling the would be user than trying to help. Simply does not seem to work.
If you have hundreds of emails and tasks to deal with, this is the perfect tool. Would especially recommend this for anyone that deals with customer service (especially perfect for this!), because you can organize your inbox to group together open tasks/etc. The flexibility of this is fantastic. Like any other platform, yes, you get bugs. But what makes this especially worthwhile is the support team who've shown that they're available, and wanting to work with you to fix any problems you come across. If you want to be on top of your game, I'd definitely recommend to at least give it a try.
Not worth paying for
Drag has much promise but is still a little buggy for me at this point. Worth a try though and the Drag team are putting efforts in to improve it.
