I love that it's showing directly in the main menu in my Gmail interface!! The real-time sharing feature works really well, making it easy to keep the whole team aligned without constant updates. Turning emails into tasks, using drag and drop, is simple and saves a lot of time when working from Gmail. One thing I’d love to see, is push notifications to stay on top of updates more easily.
I was looking for an alternative to a couple of more commercial Gmail-based Kanban boards and are very happy to have found this one. It's simple, the UI is clear and it just works.
Works slow but it's a little slow to load & servers sometimes crash for a few hours - not ideal if you have a team of people.

The natively integrated boards are incredibly efficient—just drag an email to create a task, and manage all the details right within my Google Workspace (where I spent quite a bit of my time anyways).
