Switch to typing in a different language with the click of the mouse, and switch back just as easily. The Google Input Tools extension provides virtual keyboards for over 90 languages, full IMEs or direct transliteration for over 30 different scripts, and handwriting input for over 40 languages.
What's New?
✓ Malayalam now prioritize Arabic numerals as the default output when typing numbers. This change makes it easier to input numbers, as Malayalam numerals are not commonly used.
Usage Instructions:
When you first install the extension, click on the extension icon, then select "Extension Options" in the pop-up menu. A new tab will appear where you can select your preferred languages or input methods. The keyboards, IMEs or handwriting input you add to 'Selected input tools' can be enabled at any time from the extension itself. You can always return to this options page to add, remove, or change the order of your input tools.

It was wonderful until perhaps a recent update. I used to never be able to access the extension options from a Mac, but my Google account synced my input methods from my Windows PCs so it was still fine. Lately, I couldn't access the options from Windows neither. I reinstalled the extension and no longer have any input options, nor can I access the options page. It's unusable for me now.
Typing in Traditional Chinese characters through touch screen on Chromebook Pixel no longer works

I used this input tools to type Traditional Chinese pinyin for over a year, and it worked until about 2 weeks ago. It stills works on search engine, but not on Google Docs. The toolbar for choices of words appears, but nothing shows on the document. I even reset the browser. Please fix the issue.
i love coz i'm indian and they submit hindi language in video.
Works wonderfully for me. Easy to use. Definitely recommended.
I use it on Chromebook. I was fine for over a year, and today I find that I cannot type in Japanese anymore. I came here to check and see that other users have the same complaint. PLease figure this out.
